Muzaffar has been with Tadjer-Cohen-Edelson, Associates since 2006 and is currently working as Project Manager. Prior to that he has worked in his home town of Karachi, Pakistan for six years and Singapore for nine years. During his employment in Singapore, he worked on various high profile projects including high rise buildings in Singapore such as One Raffles Quay, One Raffles Link, etc. as well as the NAIA Airport in Manila, Philippines. In addition, he was also involved in other projects like warehouses, library, etc.
At Tadjer-Cohen-Edelson, he has worked on various types of structures such as commercial, residential, mixed development, etc... He has used various state of the art analysis and design software for the design of his projects involving pre-stressed and conventional concrete as well as infinity system and steel structures under gravity, wind and seismic loadings. As a Project Manager, he supervises engineering and drafting staff for the production of the Construction documents and is also responsible for the administration of the project during the construction phase.
