Kelley has been with TCE for over 40 years and is a senior associate with the firm. He has an extensive drafting background and serves in the capacity of lead draftsman. He is also the production manager of the CADD Department overseeing all requirements of both the company's new construction and repair divisions.
Superior coordination of each project team and CADD requirements are crucial. The timely production of drawings and getting them into the right hands is essential to address the overall concerns of the projects.
With TCE's tremendous volume of work already in progress by the CADD staff, along with a continuing influx of new projects, and an engineer's change in priorities and unforeseen circumstances, Kelley is quick to rise to the daily array of challenges ensuring that even the tightest of deadlines are achieved.
