This project will have five levels of residences, wood construction with 86 units, 64,571 gsf, 2,612 gsf retail and community space, 1,916 gsf residential lobby, and 9,447 gsf one level at grade parking for a total of 78,546 gsf. Retrofit of the 7,889 gsf Strand Theater into a retail space, and a new 2,362 gsf one story building on an adjacent lot for retail use.
