XINZHANG (ANDY) LI, P.E., ASSOCIATE
Xinzhang joined TCE in 1997 and is a senior project manager, and was recently awarded the distinction of Associate in the firm. Prior to joining TCE, he worked for various structural engineering firms including one year in King of Prussia, PA and six years as a professional engineer in China. He is involved in the design and renovation of educational, industrial, garage, and commercial buildings, including high-rise buildings such as large hotels, condominium and apartment and office buildings. The design systems utilize structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete, and wood, and includes structural analysis and design, investigation and evaluation of existing structures for renovation and conversion to other uses, and upgrading of existing structures. In addition, he specializes in using various computer tools and performs lateral analysis for various buildings.
