Kelley has been with TCE for over 36 years. He has an extensive drafting background and has served as chief draftsman. Currently he is the production manager of the CADD Department.
The scheduling of project teams in order to help them achieve their objectives often requires advance notice, a luxury not always available in the hectic pace of a day. Timely production of drawings and getting them into the right hands is crucial to the immediate and overall concerns of the projects. With TCE's tremendous volume of work already in progress by the CADD staff, and an engineer's change in priorities and unforeseen emergencies, Kelley is quick to rise to the daily array of challenges ensuring that even the tightest of deadlines are achieved.
Kelley's drive and dedication to TCE is evident throughout the many accomplishments and challenges he has undertaken through the years, and he is recognized with distinction as Senior Associate.
