Varinder joined TCE, then known as Tadjer Cohen Associates, Inc., in 1974. He is a principal in the firm and involved in designing commercial, educational, institutional, industrial and garages, buildings, including high-rise buildings such as large hotels, apartment and office buildings using structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post tensioned concrete and wood.
