ALI R. TAHBAZ, P.E., PRINCIPAL
Ali joined TCE in 1981 and is a principal in the firm. He is involved in designing industrial, commercial, garages, and educational buildings, including high-rise buildings such as large hotels, apartment and office buildings of structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post- tensioned concrete, and wood. He is involved in the structural analysis and design, investigation, and evaluation of existing structures.
Ali was adjunct professor in the Engineering Department at Catholic University, Washington, DC and taught civil engineering courses, such as "Design of Structural Elements" and "Design of Structural Systems" to undergraduate and graduate students.
