Construction on this hotel includes the erection of a 10-story building with 176 guestrooms, penthouse, and three below grade levels of parking connected to the existing parking garage with post-tensioned transfer girder.
Water related issues with this large hotel resort created a need for an investigation and analysis survey with a follow-up report including design solutions with specifications, drawings, and inspection of the installation for waterproofing membrane and flashing replacement, masonry and concrete repairs, and window and door replacement. Repairs were made to the concrete balconies, sewage treatment plant, TE plant, parking garage and waterproofing.

Investigation of 50-story hotel facade just north of Times Square in NYC. TCE investigated a deteriorating concrete rooftop screenwall and prepared repair recommendations for the screenwall concrete and steel framing. Work to begin in Summer 2008. TCE was retained by client to perform a full facade condition survey in 2008.
