30,000 gsf two-story addition to the existing Woodridge School consisting of a gymnasium, library, media center and classrooms.
150,000 gsf renovation and major alterations to existing Stuart, Lisner, and Bell Halls. Major 150,000 gsf renovation of Loyola, Xavier, and Ryder Halls. 185,000 gsf nine-story dormitory. Major remodeling and renovation of historic four-story University Inn.
