FAIRLAND GYMNASTICS CENTER, Beltsville, Maryland
180,000 gsf mixed-use building with three levels below grade parking and a four-story recreational facility, with basketball, racquet ball, squash courts, fitness center, and multi-purpose rooms. The fourth floor which has two basketball courts is designed to clearspan 103'-0" with 5'-0" deep built-up transfer girders. The design included acoustic and vibration consideration.

THEARC BUILDING, PHASE II, Washington, DC
150,000 gsf mixed-use buildings. Structural design using reinforced concrete (below grade) and composite structural steel (above grade). The Phase II has two basketball courts and is designed to clear span 89’ using 58” deep custom made steel truss.
Condition study followed by specifications, drawings, and inspection of the installation for waterproofing membrane and flashing replacement, masonry and concrete repairs, and expansion joint installation.
