This four-story 166,071 gsf composite steel structure was designed for the Virginia Department of Transportation / VSP Administration located in Fairfax County, VA. The main lateral resisting system of the building includes vertical cross bracing located around the stair rooms and elevators. The building footprint has a special shape. The exterior columns on the north and south direction are located on a circular curve. The facade of the building is composed of precast panels and continuous windows.
