TCE’s design and repair teams are active in many organizations. Company principals and associates play major roles in the International Concrete Repair Institute. Rick Edelson and Michael Tabassi are both Baltimore-Washington DC Chapter past-presidents. Rick is the past president of ICRI International. Both continue serving on committees, and other staff members have become involved to the extent of serving on the board of directors and as committee chairpersons; and all take part in constantly improving, writing, and updating industry specifications.
