Tadjer-Cohen Associates, Inc. was founded in 1962 through the partnership of Zivan Cohen and the late Dick Tadjer. Through this partnership came a strong mix of experience and knowledge, and the dream of making a profound difference in the booming building industry of the 1960's and beyond. That difference has resulted in a tremendous volume of successful award winning projects from coast to coast. In Dick Tadjer's words, "If the quality of life is to be improved, clearly the quality of the built environment must be improved. And that, in short, is the purpose of TCE." Following Mr. Tadjer's passing, Zivan continued to grow the company into one of the most successful structural engineering firms in the country with an enviable and trusted reputation throughout the industry.

Eric Edelson joined the company 40 years ago and, following his appointment as vice-president, the company was renamed Tadjer-Cohen-Edelson Associates, Inc. The company has continued its growth, endurance and excellence with the further addition of principals Varinder Abrol, Michael Tabassi, Ali Tahbaz, Sanjay Khanna and Yehuda Nordman. With the combined experience and diligence afforded by these principals, along with our staff of professional engineers, CADD operators, project managers and support group, our clients' have come to expect only the highest quality of services, and that, in short, continues to be the purpose of TCE.
